Stringer bodied ACE Cougar which made its debut at the rally freshly repainted
into People's Provincial livery. No 1 is a Leyland National 2 in a later
version of People's Provincial livery

The Rally also saw the launch of
the latest Provincial Society paper celebrating the formation of People's
Provincial 20 years ago. Its first MD James Freeman was on hand to sign the
books.
